The Roundtop Service Station in the town of Sherwood, Arkansas. Built in 1936 by the Justin Matthews Company for the Pierce Oil Company, a small chain of gas stations in the American South and Southwest. Long abandoned and vandalized, the building was rehabilitated and turned into a police substation for Town of Sherwood. Photo by Carol Highsmith, 2020.
