Image Downloads:

Depending on the photo you are interested in, one of these three licenses will be associated with that image for downloads. All image downloads are 300dpi, but, they range in size resolutions. All are royalty free. Let's keep this simple.

Documentary, Smaller, or Coarse Download ($25 USD) - These images are primarily those taken during our travels on-the-fly while cruising through various places; vintage photos that required only minor restoration and enhancements; great vintage photos that, though needing much restoration, still appear course due to the quality of the original image. These digital image downloads may be utilized (royalty free) in print publications, including books, magazines, newspapers, websites, etc; as well as certain other commercial purposes with appropriate credits (credit the photo "LegendsOfAmerica.com" somewhere in the work in which it is included). However, photo images may not be used for commercial redistribution or sale of photo prints outside the work in which they are included under any circumstances. 

Professional, Restored, & Artistic - Editorial Use ($50 USD) - These images include vintage photos which have been restored, high-quality images of popular destinations, and artistic displays and enhancements.  Editorial Digital Image downloads may be utilized (royalty free) in print publications, including books, magazines, newspapers, websites, etc; as well as certain other commercial purposes with appropriate credits (credit the photo "LegendsOfAmerica.com" somewhere in the work in which it is included). However, photo images may not be used for commercial redistribution or sale of photo prints outside the work in which they are included under any circumstances.
