This building once served as Kenton, Oklahoma's school, when the town had enough people to justify one. Today, however, there is no school for the three children that live in this almost ghost town. Two of the children go to school in Clayton, New Mexico, the other to Boise City. Both places are about a 100-mile round trip to school and back every day. Photo by Kathy Weiser-Alexander.
