Fort Fred Steele, WY - Officer's Quarters

During Fort Fred Steele, Wyoming's heyday, it's officer quarters were substantial. After the fort was decommissioned in 1886, most of the buildings were sold at public auction and were moved from the fort in 1892 and 1893, The only remains of these quarters today are the foundations.
