Sign for the Wolf Hotel in Ellinwood, a small town near Great Bend, Kansas. In 1894 John Wolf built The Wolf Hotel as an addition to the Delmonico Hotel, which stood next door. The addition was part of the underground tunnel system that ran through Ellinwood. It still (as of 2021) first air conditioner in Barton County.
