The mostly empty (as of 2019) Waverly Mill is a textile mill building in Adams, Massachusetts.
It was the last Adams mill to close in 1989, following the wholesale flight of mill owners to the nonunion Carolinas. The building is still used for receptions, nostalgic weddings, and such, but its time in the Industrial Revolution sun passed years ago. Photo by Carol Highsmith, 2019.
