A building at the campus of the United Tribes Technical College — the first tribal college in America — founded by an association of nearby Native American Tribes, in Bismarck, the capital city of North Dakota. The campus includes buildings from what was once an internment camp for World War II German and Italian prisoners. In addition to American Indians, the college welcomes students of all backgrounds.
