Pathway in Havasu Canyon, an offshoot of the Grand Canyon in Coconino County, Arizona, that is not administered by the National Park Service but rather belongs to the Havasupai Indian Tribe. There are no roads into the canyon, but its five Havasupai Falls are enough of an attraction that hikers (who must register with and pay a fee to the tribe) make an arduous trek that can last three days in and out, just to see the waterfalls’ bluegreen waters and travertine cliffs.
