Grindstone Ford, MS - Burnett Cemetery

Daniel Burnett's stand stood near the Grindstone Ford. Burnett was the speaker of the Territorial House of Representatives, a principal negotiator with the Choctaws, and a framer of the state constitution but his stand was unpretentious.
