Moffat County, CO - Dinosaur National Monument - 2
Scene in Dinosaur National Monument -- which is more of a vast park than a monument and is one of the nation's most remote national monuments in Moffat County at the northwest corner of the state where it meets Wyoming to the north and Utah to the west. Spilling into Utah, it contains fossilized dinosaur bones and large areas of canyon and plateau wilderness, centered on the Yampa and Green Rivers. Photo by Carol Highsmith, 2015.
