An unusual version of a “muffler man” in a chef’s hat and carrying barbecuers’ tools at the Route 66 Food Truck Park in Springfield, the largest city in the southwest quadrant of Missouri that includes the state’s share of the Ozark Mountains (Arkansas has the other).
