These are model, not real, visitors to the Dog Chapel -- indeed, a quite serious chapel devoted to departed and/or beloved canine pets. Opened in 1995 on a hillside ("Dog Mountain") in St. Johnsbury, Vermont by Stephen Huneck, the chapel welcomes visitors and hosts special devotionals for "man's best friend."
