In the small town of Benson, Arizona, some 45 miles southeast of Tucson, sits the historic Quarter Horse Motel Sign. The motel, built in the late 1940's, once served travelers on the highway with 16 rooms and seven apartments. After the highway moved in 1974 business went away, but the site was revived in 1985 as an RV Park.

This retreat has been owned by the same family since 1969, with Benson considered the gateway to the famous land of Cochise County, near Tombstone.
