This Ferris wheel in Virginia Beach, one of the Virginia communities in what’s called the “Tidewater” area along the Chesapeake Bay and, in the case of Virginia Beach, the Atlantic Ocean, does not operate in a mega-theme park. It whirls (at least during beach season) in a small “fun park” right behind the shops on Atlantic Avenue.
