Kansas City, KS - Rosedale Arch

The Rosedale Arch, dedicated in 1924, is a memorial to those from what was then the town of Rosedale (now part of Kansas City, Kansas) who lost their lives fighting for the United States in World War I. Created to resemble the Arc de Triomphe, the arch was designed by John LeRoy Marshall. Photo by Carol Highsmith, 2021.
