The Sanpete County Courthouse in Manti (sometimes called Manti City), a small city (population c. 3,300) in south-central Utah. The settlement was named by Church of Latter-Day Saints (or Mormon) leader Brigham Young after a city mentioned in the church's Book of Mormon containing the writings of Mormon prophets.
