The Thatcher Memorial Fountain at the Esplanade in City Park, Denver, Colorado, designed by Lorado Taft of Chicago and donated by banker Joseph Addison Thatcher in 1917. Its central female figure symbolizes liberty or the State of Colorado; smaller figures symbolizes love. The fountain spurts water into a circular pool below the statues.
