Knoxville, TN - James White's Fort Stocks

Stocks, used to punish wrongdoers, outside the two-story log cabin at James White's Fort, built in 1785 by White, a land speculator from North Carolina, is the oldest home in Knoxville, the principal city in eastern Tennessee.
