An 1875 farmhouse at the Walter Jones Historical Park, a living-history village operated by the Mandarin Museum Historical Society in Jacksonville,
Florida, in the northeastern corner of that state. The house was built in 1875 by retired U.S. Army Major William Wirt Webb. Mandarin refers not to the Chinese language but to the variety of oranges widely grown in the region. Photo by Carol Highsmith, 2020.
