In 2008, nearly 90 years after it was built, this 1919 gas station in El Paso, Texas, was restored by antiques business owner Rod Davenport. It had been converted into a radio and television repair shop and had long been closed. Davenport's father once owned a gas station several blocks away in central El Paso.
