The Woodruff-Fontaine House, one of a string of historic, Victorian-style mansions along Adams Street's "Millionaires' Row" in Memphis, Tennessee. In its early days, the house was home to two prominent families: those of carriage-maker Amos Woodruff and cotton company president Noland Fontaine. It has since served as an art school and a museum as well as a residence. Photo by Carol Highsmith, 2021.
